Community Talk – “How to Create Real Impact with UX” (2023)
In December 2023, I co-hosted a community roundtable titled “How to Create Real Impact with UX”, organized by Odisseia Lab.
The event brought together Senior UX Researchers from several leading Brazilian companies to discuss what it truly means to drive impact through research and design.
The conversation was moderated by Ketlen Komorek, and I co-hosted the session with Cacá.
The discussion spanned topics like stakeholder alignment, the challenges of scaling research, and—of course—the great debate of the night: NPS vs. CSAT 😅
THE MEETING
Beyond the content, this event was a milestone in expanding the UX community in Goiás, providing a space for open dialogue, shared challenges, and mutual learning. We also served ice cream. It worked.
